In addition to naming Randy Moss his favorite player, Obama also announced his plans to create a new cabinet position when he is elected President. At the beginning of each football season, President Obama will appoint an NFL wide-receiver to serve as "Secretary of Six" for the nation. This player will serve to represent the hopes and dreams of the entire country of football fans as well as represent their wallets. Because, you see, Barack Obama has said that for every touchdown (six points) the "Secretary of Six" scores, he'll add another $50 to the tax rebates for all Americans to be mailed out in the Spring. Last year Moss scored the all-time single-season NFL record of 23 touchdowns which would have amounted to a whopping $1150 for most Americans instead of the measley $600 given to us by George Bush last year!

To commemorate one of President "Touchdown" Obama's first major policy decisions, I've made this "Randy Moss: Secretary of Six" painting. It shows Randy through all the phases of his illustrious, Hall of Fame career. From his wild, hilarious days at the Minnesota Vikings when in January, 2005 he "fake mooned" the Packer fans at Lambeau Field, to his days as an Oakland Raider; and finally to the New England Patriots where, with the help of quarterback Tom Brady and head coach Bill Belichick, Randy Moss should be making all of us Americans a hell of alot of money!
